![]() ![]() I can send email using the same SMTP server on 587 using Powershell from the same print server. I can successfully telnet on port 587 from the server. No email is in the Sent folder of the authenticated/email account. ![]() Both MX record (Direct Send) and SMTP Client Submission using ports 25 and 587 show Validated OK when configuring and the Job log show the Scans as being successfully sent out, no errors. The printers should support Starttls (certainly the MP C4503, which I'm testing this on). Checked multiple forums and tried all settings. However now we moved to O365 and since then we can't make it work. ![]() They were Scanning to Email fine when configured with our local Exchange server. We have 3 Ricoh printers managed via Ricoh Administration Manager and Scan and Fax Manager, all running on print Server 2012 R2. ![]()
